The Visa Payments Forum 2019 is designed for senior management from retail banking, merchants, and processors, as well as product groups and marketing officers, all of whom are involved in the development of electronic payment programs, including client executives from card issuing, merchant, acquiring and processing businesses.
With thought-provoking speakers, networking opportunities, and hands-on access to innovative payment technologies, attendees will leave the Forum with fresh ideas to share across their organization.
The Forum is an invitation-only event for Visa clients and partners. The Forum begins with pre-sessions and a welcome reception on Monday, May 13 and concludes on Wednesday, May 15. See below for additional detail:

Attire for meetings and evening receptions will be business casual. Ties and jackets are not required.
Interpretation into Spanish and Portuguese will be available for the LAC session on May 13 and General Sessions on May 14 and 15. Breakouts and all other sessions will be available in English only.
You can register for the Forum by clicking on the "Register" button located on the Visa Payments Forum 2019 website. Invited delegates that do not have internet access should contact their Visa Account Executive or Business Development Manager for assistance. Due to limited seating, attendance will be granted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Please ensure that you have a valid passport and visa for entry into the United States. Check with your local Embassy, Consulate or travel agency on current requirements. Attendance at the Forum is limited to invited Visa clients and partners only. Spouses and guests are not permitted to attend Forum sessions or events.
Yes, Visa has secured rooms at the Marriott Marquis at a special rate of US $299 plus applicable taxes per room, per night with arrivals starting on May 12 and departures through May 16.
If your reservation dates are outside these dates, Visa will not be able to guarantee room availability or negotiated room rates. If you wish to extend your stay, requests are subject to hotel availability.
If you require a hotel reservation, please proceed to the "Register" button on the Visa Payments Forum 2019 website. You will first need to register for the Forum before accessing the hotel reservation section. The deadline to make hotel reservations is April 15.
There is no conference fee to attend the Forum. However, attendees are responsible for their individual airfare, ground transportation and hotel room charges as well as gratuities and any incidentals. Each attendee will be responsible for settling their hotel bill in full upon check out. During the Forum, meals will be provided free of charge for registered delegates.
Hotel reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to the arrival date to avoid a fee. Cancelling your hotel reservation within 7 days of the arrival date - or failing to show - will result in a charge equal to one-night's stay per room applied to the credit card submitted at time of making reservation.
Hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is at 12:00 PM.
Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be made directly with the hotel front desk.
